He didnt say or even imply that. He simply told people to record ICE. Which is perfectly legal. If he said to attack them with shovels, I would agree. But he didnt.

I have no problem with Walz telling people to record ICE agents (they've all been doing that anyway) as long as he doesn't tell them to impede or obstruct their operations.
