Did the Portland riots set the stage for the capitol breech?

Eliminate the drug dealers and the cops have no source to steal the drugs and sell them.
The cops are the worst drug dealers of all. They would still be dealing drugs, in or out of uniform, on or off duty, regardless of whether or not any other drug cartels were conducting business in the area under their ever-so-watchful eyes.

You know, you have a point.
We should totally eliminate police from your area.

Well, you can hardly blame folks outraged by the fraudulent election especially when they had been watching riots, looting and burnings for months with the perps not charged and with the msm urging them on.

RE: Did Portland riots set up the DC attacks?

1. The liberal media and politics downplaying the BLM riots, and the previous tolerance of Leftwing protesters trespassing into Congressional areas and threarening to disrupt Hearings,
DID condition protesters to believe they could publicly protests without recourse.

Had the Federal Govt shutdown the BLM protests, or gone after the crowds at the Kavanaugh hearing, maybe the other protesters would have acted differently.

2. I believe the opposite has happened:
Only after the Feds went after DC protesters, then this made it acceptable to go after Portland or other BLM protesters.

Before DC, it was "racist" to badmouth or stop the BLM protests and riots, considered to be an understandable backlass from longstanding oppression.

After the Feds investigated DC protesters for prosecution, now it is only fair to hold BLM protesters to the same standards.
