he refused because it is an on going investigation. the questioning yesterday was for the good citizen's of this country - who still have the right to know as Americans under the FOI act. to divulge sensitive evidence of what may or may not have happened as far as treason etc... would be incredibly stupid & irresponsible.

Well, Obama's FBI Director already admitted it. The Democrats did conduct surveillance on the Trump Campaign. They may not have 'Wiretapped' Trump Tower, but they were clearly conducting some type of surveillance on the Trump Campaign.

It's a shocking egregious attack on our Democracy. It doesn't matter that Putin hated Clinton and wanted her to lose. That's no valid justification for surveilling the Trump Campaign. It's incredibly dirty. It's Watergate ten-fold. Heads need to roll.
