Did Obama give a trial to the 5.3 million brown illegals he deported?

If you’re going to attack someone and send them to a gulag, don’t you think you should know if they’ve done anything illegal?
Trump didn’t send anyone to a gulag. He doesn’t control what El Salavadore does.

Who said he didn’t have the legal ability to do so?
And again: Up to him to prove he DID have legal ability. We don’t have to prove he didn’t.

You’ve broken the law of honestly immigrating here with a true claim.
No one is accusing them of lying in court. Their claims may not fulfill asylum, but they’re not lying and they’re not committing a crime.

being in the United States unlawfully is illegal enough to be deported. What happens to him after that is not any of our concern.

So you demand they prove something and deny them a court hearing to do so.

He was here lawfully. Trump sent him to the gulag, so that makes him culpable.

Crossing into the United States at a port of entry is now illegal?
No, I didn't say that did I?

What I am questioning, is the process as to how his claim was declared "credible"...

We know that during the Biden administration, officials were ordered to ignore laws, and rubber stamp claims...

So, I guess what I am saying, based on a CBS story you posted, if they are to be believed, would be to bring that individual back and let him go in front of an INS judge to determine if he get's to proceed...

If true, it is sad, but that is one individual, in a sea of millions. Nobody is 100% perfect. He unfortunately had the bad luck of trying this at a time where the system couldn't be trusted, and I hope he does well, and can resolve his case...

But, let's be clear, his case alone, will not stop the system in place right now.

what does his sexuality have to do with anything? Such a weird thing for the dembots to bring up.
It’s part of his asylum claim.

Tell me why he deserves to be sent to a gulag.

You guys are so confused about the issue. Probably because you consume very dishonest media. You missed the point, yet again.
well then why didn't obammy do it?

He was here lawfully. Trump sent him to the gulag, so that makes him culpable.
Nope he wasn't here lawfully, the prior admin allowed him to be here, but he didn't follow the law.

You can't apply for asslym on an app provided by the Xiden admin

The Xiden Admin sure made it as easy as possible to get these illegals into the country, didn’t they?

Nobody has to accuse him or prove he lied in court, what court? what are you talking about? illegal immgrats aren't always entitled to a day in Court...in fact, under Clinton's 1996 Immigration reform bill, some low level INS agent can make the determination and deport them right away. The law is perfectly legal and been used since 1996.

Under the Alien Enemies Act, there is no right to a court hearing, simply a right to some sort of notice....but that law as well is perferctly legal.

Trump is the one that sent him to the gulag.

Trying to blame others for this deplorable behavior is pathetic.
And not taking responsibility for projecting to these people that the US was wide open and accepting during the Biden years is what is deplorable here.

Now, we have to clean up the utter mess y'all made of the border.

The good news is that illegal crossings are down 95% within weeks of Trump raising his hand to swear the oath, contrary to the BS that Biden was saying he couldn't do it....

Libs told these people to come, they told them that they would be welcomed, and introduced into the US with minimal disruption. Coached them to all claim asylum, overloading the system. Then y'all act all shocked when a new administration comes in and vows to remove these people, according to our laws, and try to blame it on us?

Talk about major gaslighting.

Go fuck yourself. You want to take vulnerable people fleeing violence and opperession who have done nothing wrong and deport them? That makes you an asshole.

But if you want to send them to a gulag where they have no rights, then you’re a deplorable human being.

Yes he did. He sent them to El Salvador specifically to be imprisoned in the gulag. He made a deal with Bukele to accept them there and is paying him to do so.

You’re trying to ignore reality and Trump’s deplorable actions.
