Recently I watched a video of how a group of children stolen from Ukraine was found in Belarus at a fertilizer factory.

The dictator has previously stated that he dumped children from Ukraine in order to save them.

The question remains. Why doesn`t Lukashenko return the children to the Ukraine? Technically, Belarus is not at war with the Ukraine.
