Do not lie. In 1939 he was in de facto union with Germany. See appendices to the Molotov-Riebentrop Pact on the division of Poland. Stalin occupied eastern Poland and did not give it back after the war.

Why do Poland need "new lands" from "Germany", if their native people were captured and declared "Russians, Ukrainians and Belarusians"?

There was no Germany at all, there was The Weimar Republic of Free Lands.

The 2nd and 3rd Reichs were illegal occupations.
