Actually....the video was fantastic. The narrator was a cop hating idiot.
But the video???
Cop made a legal stop.
What was the reason for the stop?
Driver was uncooperative (sound familiar?)
Cop was VERY persistent in trying to gain compliance. Stern but calm and clear.
Driver kept not cooperating.
Cop was going to detain driver.
For what?
You don't handcuff someone with a phone in hand. Cop removed phone.
Removed? When you kick something out of someones hand its typically referred to in other terms...but I see what you're doing
Driver....like a baby crying over his blankey ....became outraged when cop took his precious phone. And he began to resist. Possibly aggressively.
Cop never Identified himself then destroyed the one thing that was recording the incident between himself and this person, who said he was a cop but lied about everything else.
Cop tried taser. Taser failed.
Taser didnt fail....He used it up close. Everyone knows that doesnt stop someone it only makes it painful as hell. Unless you're going to say you didnt know you needed distance for a taser to be effective.
Driver then began the assault upon the cop. Apparently was winning the fight. And got himself shot.
Tragic? Yes. Sad? Yes.
Predictable? Yes.
Lawful? YES. As the cop hating narrator said....Innocent until proven guilty. Cop remains innocent.
True, but he escalated the situation instead of diffusing it.
