There must be a more secluded place than that, such as a parking garage, to just drop his pants, squat and do that. I suspect the reasoning is if they start doing that it will force the social order to provide them with conveniences. So my suggestion is the appropriate convenience for such barbaric sonsabitches is a nice internment camp with slit trenches to shit in.
