Once Biden leaves office he will be powerless. He may not want to risk that Trump will change his mind. In any case what does he owe them?

The biggest thing Quid Pro Joe could do that would simultaneously be the biggest insult possible to those who kicked him to the curb AND actually make him a unifier would be to pardon TRUMP!.
