Democrats Want Trump to go After Employers of Illegal Aliens? Good News! He's Doing Exactly That.

Since SCOTUS ruled that corporations are people they should be treated as such.

When a place of employment is raided and illegals are found then also arrest the plant/site manager and hiring staff. Then fine the **** out of the corporation/LLC.

Do that enough and the US Chamber of Commerce will be all over congress to fix E-Verify.
100%

The LAW is suppose to treat all people the same for crimes committed.

President Trump, now allowing illegal migrants who farm to stay, for the farmers that need them, and Hotels and restaurants to keep their illegal alien workers which helps Trump and those in the hospitality industry....

Just by Trump's declaration that farming and hospitality illegal aliens can now stay, would break equal protection under the law..... YOU'RE favoring some illegal groups over others, being allowed to break the law on the books...

This is why we really need immigration reform....increase Hb1,2 for the workers truly needed in the categories of industry that will be short handed.....don't just declare it's ok, MAKE IT OK, under the law.
In effect, immigration law is what Trump says it is. The use of his phony disaster at the southern border allows him to make his own laws and rules. For example, his executive orders setting aside most laws and regulations to insure that the right people are being deported causes confusion, not just among migrants but also ICE. To meet the goal of 3,000 arrests a day the protection of the innocent will be secondary to deportation orders. Since we have made it nearly impossible for the accused to defend themselves, lots of innocent people are going to be deported.
After the Trump era, we are going to be bringing back into the US thousands of people who have been illegally deported, workers with valid green cards, spouses of US citizens, even those born in US.

No CEO has been charged. Until then this is just showbiz.
  • Asplundh Tree Expert Company: Ordered to pay a historic $95 million in fines and civil penalties after admitting to employing undocumented immigrants, following a six-year investigation. The charges stemmed from the highest levels of management being "willfully blind" to lower-level managers hiring and rehiring employees ineligible to work, often through word-of-mouth referrals that facilitated hiring thousands of unauthorized workers.
  • Atrium Companies (owner of Champion Window) and Advanced Containment Systems Inc. (ACSI): Agreed to implement revised immigration compliance programs and forfeit $2 million each to DHS. This agreement, in lieu of criminal prosecution, addresses past immigration violations and requires ongoing cooperation in investigations.
  • CCS Denver, Inc., PBC Commercial Cleaning Systems, Inc., and Green Management Denver: Three Colorado cleaning companies fined a total of over $8 million by ICE for employing unauthorized workers, following worksite audits. CCS Denver faced the largest fine of over $6 million for a 100% violation rate and knowingly hiring at least 87 unauthorized workers.
  • John Washburn (General Manager of San Diego Powder & Protective Coatings): Pleaded guilty to a pattern of hiring undocumented immigrants, admitting he knew at least 10 workers lacked work authorization, some even residing in a company warehouse storing U.S. Navy submarine components.
  • Edward Schlacht (Manager at Grigg Box Company): Arrested on criminal charges for knowingly accepting false documentation when hiring undocumented workers, reflecting ICE's focus on deterring unlawful employment practices.
  • IFCO Systems, N.A. (Senior Managers): Five senior managers pleaded guilty to hiring and employing unauthorized aliens at IFCO plants nationwide between 2003 and 2006.
  • Robert Kramer (Owner of a car wash chain): Sentenced to probation and fined $75,000 for knowingly employing over 50 illegal immigrants across six states, utilizing a scheme to pay them using former employee names.

Okay, well that is absurd.

What laws has he "set aside" through executive orders?

Are you just making that up, or are you reading it in some source that you don't feel comfortable linking to?

I guess we'll have to make sure the Trump era goes on, in the form of Presidents Rubio, Bondi, Vance, Patel, Noem, etc.

We need to get rid of illegal aliens and those who employ them. No jibs, no illegal aliens, no paying under the table, back is paying legal wages instead of exploiting illegals. Good to see, I just hope it continues.

So you're okay with illegals being above the law until there's "a comprehensive overhaul of the entire immigration system"?

Seriously I don't follow what you think should be done? If you want to go after the employers, what happens to the illegal employees? They're out a job and still ILLEGALLY in the country. If you think they should be given some kind of worker status or amnesty, does the employer get a comparable break?
I would not be using the Army or the Marines. Donnie is just a trouble maker, inciting crap on purpose instead of concentrating on the goal, unless punishing California and that goofy Newsom, really is the goal..
