i think some mouths got in there that unfortunately we pay far too much attention to their every bit of stupid. but that's a handful of them, not all. but some leadership needs to step up to stop the wild-ones or the party is what we see in the news every day.

Well, they're facing the same thing that the GOP faced with Trump. Anyone who isn't on board is in danger of being shunned and "primaried", and since their precious jobs and re-election are so important to them, they're afraid to speak out.

This is what has worried me since the day that Trump won: The reaction and pushback would be so severe that the crazies take over. Then, if Trump screws up big enough and/or the economy goes into the shitter, the crazies take over the whole thing.

This is what it looks like when the middle becomes irrelevant.
