left wingers see a police force that no one normal sees...they see police as murderers and racists.....normal people don't......so...by creating the Ferguson effect...and by undermining their officers every single chance they get...the left drives out the good guys.....and then good guys no longer sign up to fill the ranks.....and then you finally get the dregs that the left believed cops were in their minds...

The left creates the nightmare that didn't exist...

New York cops are now retiring at huge rates.....they want out, they have their 20 years in so they are leaving...you will then have young, inexperienced officers who will eventually stop doing their jobs or will simply quit too....

The sad thing is that those who retire can not go on forever any way no matter why they retire. As for inexperienced people taking their places, that is true, but a person has to start somewhere and once they have, then comes the experience.
