Democrats are trying to prevent immigration enforcement via “an extraordinary amount of individualized adjudication” at a level that “no American citizen” receives, President Donald Trump’s top aide Stephen Miller said.
“This isn’t due process — this is called ‘infinity process’ to keep you here forever!” Miller told Newsmax on April 21.

Miller’s “Infinity Process” comments echoed President Trump’s message:

How can Biden let Millions of Criminals into our Country, totally unchecked and unvetted, with no Legal authority to do so, yet I, in order to make up for this assault to our Nation, am expected to go through a lengthy Legal process, separately, for each and every Criminal Alien.​

The “Infinity Process” strategy is spotlighted by the Democrats’ response to the court-ordered deportation of Salvadoran migrant Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who was ordered deported in 2019. Trump’s deputies are also showcasing the evidence that Abrego Garcia subsequently allegedly beat his wife, served as a street hustler in Maryland for the MS-13 gang, and helped smuggle more illegal migrants into the jobs and housing needed by Van Hollen’s constituents.

Commentary:
Trump's policies are a grave threat to stop the Marxist Democrat scheme to repopulate the country with permanent Democrat voters. As soon as the Neo-Marxist Democrats can, they want to amnesty every one of them, make them citizens and use chain migration to bring in hundreds of millions more.
This is all about a devious plot by Marxist Democrats trying to establish a One Party repressive Socialist State. They want to keep as many of their imported foreign welfare leeches in the US as possible so that whenever they win another election the foreigners can be made citizens abd registered as Democrat voters. Its a power grab by a totalitarian Party.
Behind the "Marxist Democrats"- George Soros, his son and globalists that encourages all kinds of ways to kill White, Black Asians and Hispanic people that are supporting Trump and the more right-wing politicians in Congress. "Marxist Democrats" and RINOS are doing everything they can to stop Trump and conservative Americans.
The big and present fallacy is that Garcia has not been fairly represented nor given due process.
He has appeared before at least 17 judges, in some cases before the same judge twice and been convicted and adjudged an illegal alien immigrant from El Salvador,
President Trump and his cabinet have repeatedly said, that they will prioritize deportations concentrating on violent criminals first. This was saud, going back to the summer ‘24 campaign, So this is nothing new.

I don't agree with Miller's argument; to me, it comes down to this:

1. No legal system nor country can deal with nor was ever intended to deal with 20 million people at a time; by the time their cases are heard, they will be grandparents here.
2. Being here illegally (without proof of citizenship nor valid permission) is by default already a felony, no appeal, so no defense applies.
3. It is not like anyone is getting their head chopped off, they are simply being identified as unlawful and being deported without prejudice to another country at our expense. They can live there, somewhere else, or choose to apply to come back here through legal channels.

The penultimate proof here that will win Trump's case is the fact that Obumma deported millions of people the exact same way for the exact same reasons and no one blinked an eye then, making all of this once again, just more democrat circus.

Eisenhower did it well by making it very uncomfortable for illegal aliens to remain in America.
Unfortunately their will always be undocumented illegal aliens in America and they will either be eventually absorbed or return to their homelands, willing or by lawful apprehension.
Democrats are worried that since their fall from political power in November 2024, they may not be able to recover well into another decade.
