1.Call them Progressives, Liberals, Socialists, ….they’re Democrats. Big picture, the terms Bolsheviks and Communists apply as well.
Whittaker Chambers wrote in his book WITNESS that liberals are/were incapable of ever effectively fighting Communism because they did not see anything in Communism that was antithetical to their own beliefs. In short, Liberals are Communists and Communists are Liberals. The informed Democrat is aware of the horrors of Communism; the tortures, the Gulags, the over 100 million persons done to death. And is even aware that the American Communists were taking their orders from Moscow and were attempting to impose the Red Utopia upon the United States. If successful, this would have led to millions tortured, enslaved, starved and murdered. It would have led to the death of human freedom for untold years. As the US was the bulwarked of freedom and Democracy, it's communization would have turned the entire world into an abattoir.
But….they continue to vote Democrat.
2. Central to the indictment above is the fact that Democrat godfather Franklin Roosevelt warmly embraced mass murderer Joseph Stalin, and he made certain that Soviet Communism survived the war, and found a comfortable home in America. FDR knew of the Terror Famine...yet he enveloped Joe Stalin in " the cloak of his popularity..." Time Magazine, December 17, 1934.
He was so popular that he could dictate....that's the operative term....to the Democrat Party. He threatened the party that if a communist was not selected as his (second) vice-president, he would not run for office.
a. "Even with FDR’s endorsement (and his threat to withdraw from the presidential race if Wallace were not chosen by the Democratic convention), Wallace won by only 628 to 459…Wallace was not allowed to give an acceptance speech."
FDR, Stalin, and Oliver Stone - The New York Sun
Clearly this was prior to the Democrat Party becoming a proxy for the Communist Party.
3. Jump to Lon Nol….who died on this date in 1985. “As a nationalist and conservative, he led the military coup of 1970 against Prince Norodom Sihanouk, abolished the monarchy, and established the short-lived Khmer Republic.”

Lon Nol, (born Nov. 13, 1913, Prey Vêng, Cambodia—died Nov. 17, 1985, Fullerton, Calif., U.S.), soldier and politician whose overthrow of Prince Norodom Sihanouk (1970) involved Cambodia in the Indochina war and ended in the takeover (1975) of the country by the communist Khmer Rouge. 4. In the long and bloody history of the Democrat Party supporting the efforts of global communism, perhaps you’ve learned about the ‘Utopia’ that Communist Pol Pot brought to his nation.
Starting in April ’75, the Communist Khmer Rouge defeated Lon Nol in Cambodia. Democrats, starting with the 1974 budget, refused to allocate another penny, and forbade US military action “in or over” Indochina. Just as the right had warned, the communists began a systematic war on the entire populations of their nation, so savage, it is hard to comprehend. It is estimated that the number of dead numbered between 1.7 to 2.5 million out of a population of around 8 million.

5. The characteristic most common between the Democrats and the Communist is the disregard for human life.
