1.Call them Progressives, Liberals, Socialists, ….they’re Democrats. Big picture, the terms Bolsheviks and Communists apply as well.

Whittaker Chambers wrote in his book WITNESS that liberals are/were incapable of ever effectively fighting Communism because they did not see anything in Communism that was antithetical to their own beliefs. In short, Liberals are Communists and Communists are Liberals. The informed Democrat is aware of the horrors of Communism; the tortures, the Gulags, the over 100 million persons done to death. And is even aware that the American Communists were taking their orders from Moscow and were attempting to impose the Red Utopia upon the United States. If successful, this would have led to millions tortured, enslaved, starved and murdered. It would have led to the death of human freedom for untold years. As the US was the bulwarked of freedom and Democracy, it's communization would have turned the entire world into an abattoir.

But….they continue to vote Democrat.



2. Central to the indictment above is the fact that Democrat godfather Franklin Roosevelt warmly embraced mass murderer Joseph Stalin, and he made certain that Soviet Communism survived the war, and found a comfortable home in America. He was so popular that he could dictate....that's the operative term....to the Democrat Party. He threatened the party that if a communist was not selected as his (second) vice-president, he would not run for office.

Starting in April ’75, the Communist Khmer Rouge defeated Lon Nol in Cambodia. Democrats, starting with the 1974 budget, refused to allocate another penny, and forbade US military action “in or over” Indochina. Just as the right had warned, the communists began a systematic war on the entire populations of their nation, so savage, it is hard to comprehend. It is estimated that the number of dead numbered between 1.7 to 2.5 million out of a population of around 8 million.

6. In “Sideshow,” William Shawcross claims that the 1970 bombings caused the coup in which Prince Sihanouk was by Lon Nol. But this adumbrates the issues, as Sihanouk attempted to be too clever, allowing the Vietnamese to invade his country, and then telling Kissinger he could bomb them.
The North Vietnamese were getting support from the Soviet Union and China, determined to support wars of “national liberation.”

Many government school students can see the similarity between Pol Pot and Hitler, yet somehow the horror of Communist control is hidden, or mollified, while the principles of Leftism is imposed on the captive audience.
