However, I do agree that the republicans should pass a budget. Use budget reconciliation to only need a simple majority to pass the Senate, and take away the democrats' ability to use the filibuster. That's something that Speaker Johnson, Senator Thune and Trump should be hammering out now so that when the government gets open again, roll it out there.
