This democrat politician was encouraging the abortion of special needs children to help keep medical costs down, but later apologized once other people heard those words and got offended, otherwise, he would not have flinched.

Why is it that democrats only care about reducing spending when it comes to the health care and welfare of the American people?

Oh yea, they also cried when Trump wanted a few billion dollars for a border wall.

Other than that, democrats are Ok with spending money for pretty much anything else and with no limits in place, even stupid stuff like studying the sex life of gay transgender boar hogs in the wild.
