You apparently do not understand English. Trump says it is his shutdown. It is Senate Republicans who are refusing to vote. That is why we have the Trump/McConnell shutdown.

Again Trump cannot build a wall by declaring a national emergency. Obama's declarations of a national emergency did not violate the Constitution. The Constitution gives Congress the power of the purse and did not make any exceptions.

Democrats offered the compromise on DACA and Trump turned it down.
