Ummmm............for those who dont have the poltical IQ of a small soap dish, it means that the Congress isnt going to give a flying fuckk about anything except getting reelected this year. Nancy Pelosi represents a district of the k00k 21%ers and other Dems are simply stating that, "We tried your insane spend, spend spend spend spend spend approach and the American people said 'Fcukk You'...........time to wake up and smell the maple nut crunch..........we're not walking the plank for you sister!!!"
