To win the House, the Democrats need to take six of the outstanding ten seats. Alaska has one and is dependably Republican, most of the areas of California still outstanding are the Republican areas, NOT the cities and coastal areas which are dependably Democratic. In Arizona it's the rural south-east corner and Phoenix. Rural Arizona tends to be solidly conservative. Maricopa could go either way. There are only three seats not allocated yet, the Democrats would have to win all three to have a chance which is unlikely at this point. AZ 1 is reliably conservative; I travel through there and there are endless Trump signs and flags to be seen and no Harris ones. The Republican is five points ahead there. AZ 6 is a toss-up with the republican having a fifty some thousand vote advantage now with 77% counted. it's pretty unlikely the Democrat will take AZ 1which will give the Democrats two seats at best. In California it looks like the best the Democrats can do is three seats bringing them up short by ONE SEAT to control the house.
