Perhaps we should follow suit. We used to. Is there some reason to collect garbage, and save it?
Um, no. Most of the European countries have abolished the Death Penalty a long time ago. Yet they have nowhere near our crime rates. (Dick Tiny will come on with some NRA spooge about how the UK has more crime, when they don't.)
