NYC lost 26 patrol vehicles in just TWO DAYS... Surely that pays the bill for a coupled armored cars... And the equipment has NOTHING TO DO with "wascist" cops.. And you know that.. If we want cops to take the calls for terrorist, mass shootings, riots, school shootings -- they NEED to have all the equipment to do that without personal risk...
