OH no doubt. Both W and then Obama expanded the unitary power of the potus. W did it on grounds of natl security and Obama continued when Moscow Mitch decided his primary mission was getting rid of Obama .. for the sake of democracy.

I'm generally on the pro-cop pro-law enforcement wagon, but I'm just not sold on having everyone's search histories open without some warrant is really going to catch a super dooper sleeper cell of mustachioed darker pigmented muslims who are in contact with overseas bad guys.

Warrants are not hard to get in the modern age. The constant attempts of the government to avoid them is telling. The PA needs to die a quick death and the people need to remember that the government is NOT on their side.
