Because relatively few doctors accept medicaid due to low and slow payment and ACA expands the medicaid pool even if the website arises and walks waiting line deathrates and bankruptcies due to paying for unneeded procedures will increase. So rather than the usual nyah-nyah posts any ideas on how to keep people alive and hopefully solvent despite this policy?

What is needed is a minimum money/maximum impact solution sets for medicaid and non-medicaid patients being screwed by this policy. Donor lists, Administrators and feel free to add other necessities will be needed and also contact your place of worship if you have one to see if there is anything in place you can use where you live.

Thank You

Let doctors write of student loans who take such patients.

Subsidize doctors going to school who agree to take such patients.

And, finally, pass some meaningful tort reform.

I disagree with a public option being helpful. The public option of subsidies means for every doubling of medicaid patients there will be a quadrupling of waiting line deaths at a minimum. The only people aided by Ocare are the insurance companies because they have become a regulated ogliopoly with a federally reinsurance deal that effectively guarantees a profit.

Care to let us know where you got your info about few doctors accepting medicare Willie.I have been on medicare for 5 years and split my time between Chicago and Palm Beach Fl.Have dealt with 2 general md's,2 0rthopedic,2 retinal specialists and 7 dermatalagists(for some reason i've had bad luck communicating with the derma.md's) so i switched around a bit.And not once have I been rejected because of my medicare coverage,I realize it's only anecdotal but still ?
