Mean while the drug war was funded by and started by the reagon administration. The bush administration the patriot act. Do I need to go on? Who supports stop and frisk? Who supports private prisons? Who is against issue one in Ohio. Who supports PD and trashes the FBI? Who founded the DEA?

When you drive on a public road the location of your car is known to everyone with a pair of eyes so the cops tracking anyone by camera is not really violating any rights.

Cops still need probable cause or a warrant to search the inside of your vehicle

We've been hurdling towards deeper police state laws since 911 Obama really rammed them up our asses with his bs.

probable cause has always been a judgement call on the officer's part.

it can always be contested in the court

The problem with federal cops is that they have an unlimited budget and usually poor political leadership and virtual immunity from prosecution. Nobody in the ATF was indicted or fired or even censured after the Obama administration authorized "Operation Fast/Furious" that resulted in at least one Federal Officer murdered and an estimated several hundred innocent Mexicans murdered with firearms shipped to Mexican drug cartels. Maybe the new conservative majority in the Supreme Court will take care of illegal federal surveillance.

Huh? Who runs the federal government right now? Who is the "law & order" party?

As Trump tries getting rid of them they are called teh DEEP STATE that's who runs the Gov. why do you think everyone pro american , pro constution is being accused of sexual harassment. So they can get hem the fk out. Deep state is everyone we keep telling you they are.

Police state has been in force since 2001 and has progressively gotten worse. Trump can be fooled right into the making the bs worse if he doesnt pay attention and admires the military industrial complex a bit to much. They can sell it to him real easy.

We keep giving you all the tools and information but you choose to say " It's fake" its a conspiracy and most ppl aren't any where near informed on the issues.

The Biggest Threat to American Public Safety Is the American Police State

f you’ve been listening to various police agencies and their supporters, then you know what the future holds: anarchy is coming—and it’s all the fault of activists.

DUE PROCESS PLUS
It’s no mystery why so few police officers are investigated and prosecuted for using excessive force and violating someone’s rights. “Local prosecutors rely on local police departments to gather the evidence and testimony they need to successfully prosecute criminals,” according to Campaign Zero. “This makes it hard for them to investigate and prosecute the same police officers in cases of police violence.”

Most vehicle stops that result in a search are probable cause.

A cop stopping you on the highway doesn't have the time to get a warrant unless he keeps you there for a couple hours or more

"Plan"? This announced "plan" was certainly put into effect the moment it was thought of. "C.Y.A." dictates that the revelation be in the form of a proposal.

Obama and the left have no shame -- now they have forced Trump's DEA to expand this travesty and take away our privacy and liberties -- if only Trump could stop this

Conservatives are the reason we have illegal federal surveillance going all the way back to COINTELPRO and beyond that.

---but as long as you can blame it on some liberal boogeyman you folks will keep overlooking the fact that its your own ideology and fear that this comes from

This won't make any sense but in order for Trump to call this all off most of it, is he would have to declare a martial law like situation in order to undo Obama's martila law that we have been under since the bastard took office. Trump has to undo all this pricks doings that's just one more reason they hate him and want him out of office.
