Nobody in the ATF was indicted or fired or even censured after the Obama administration authorized "Operation Fast/Furious" that resulted in at least one Federal Officer murdered and an estimated several hundred innocent Mexicans murdered with firearms shipped to Mexican drug cartels. Maybe the new conservative majority in the Supreme Court will take care of illegal federal surveillance.

Most vehicle stops that result in a search are probable cause.

A cop stopping you on the highway doesn't have the time to get a warrant unless he keeps you there for a couple hours or more
