When you drive on a public road the location of your car is known to everyone with a pair of eyes so the cops tracking anyone by camera is not really violating any rights.

Cops still need probable cause or a warrant to search the inside of your vehicle

Bush and Obama took care of that, no they don't need one any longer. And tech. they dream up a probably cause out of thin air and it's their word aggainst the drivers.

probable cause has always been a judgement call on the officer's part.

it can always be contested in the court

Most vehicle stops that result in a search are probable cause.

A cop stopping you on the highway doesn't have the time to get a warrant unless he keeps you there for a couple hours or more

What part of they DO NOT NEED a WARRANT are you not getting.

Probable cause searches are COMPLETELY LEGAL and you have the right to contest probable cause searches in court

If the judge finds there was insufficient cause for a search any and all evidence obtained in that search will be ruled inadmissible.
