I recommended donating to disabled veterans. How is that punishing disabled veterans? Invading Iraq was not a mistake, it was a criminal act. The UN weapons inspectors looked at 700 sites and found no sign of WMDs in Iraq and no sign that they were ever produced in Iraq.
