With Joe and little girls and Hunter and his low level way of living, they both have frequented red light districts of many towns. Little girls who are old before their time after being passed around by fraud elites like Joe and many others who get their jollies off by decadence. And Hunter given chance after chance where most people living the same way would be in prison or dead. And if cleaned up living a harder life as they may not be qualified to attain better work.
