2- Blacks commit a far higher rate of crime. So naturally....they'll have far more run in with cops, and as a result, more incidents of force. Simple math idiot.

That's the funny thing about rates. Your second point there. Whether there are more or less incidents doesn't matter to rates. All other things being equal, the rate should be the same regardless of more or less incidents.

Interesting question. In a bad part of town...dealing with cops...would I rather be white or black? Well....depends. Is it a mostly white or mostly black area?

Because if it's a mostly black ghetto....being white draws MORE attention from cops. If you're there...you're up to something. Likely buying or selling drugs or stolen property.

But if it's a mostly white area and it's a bad hood (like a trailer park) and you're black? Well....then you also stand out. But singling you out is risky these days.
