Where does D. Trump stand on Minimum Wage, taxes...? or anything - nailing down where D. Trump stands on issues is, is, well...questionable.

Trump says he's 'allowed to change' his stance on taxes, minimum wage
May 8th 2016

Donald Trump is now predicting a higher tax rate for the rich than what his plan had publicly laid out.

<snip>

There have been questions about Trump's flexibility on the issue of minimum wage as well. He's said before that he's against increasing it, but told ABC that he's "allowed to change" on both tax plans and the minimum wage.

He stated the reality of it is that taxes could go up on the rich, his tax cut proposals are just that, what he has proposed. He doesn't get to implement what ever he wants or his proposals, laws must be changed via Congress. The President has limited ability to change policy, and that's pretty much it.

As to the minimum wage, he concluded that it is a states issue and they should be the ones in charge of it.
