Cuomo:"Those (Trump) cases in New York were a joke. The cases they brought against him reeked of politics."

Maybe, Maybe not.

I just did. None of those charges would have been filed, except that Trump was the political opposition to the dems.

That is the reason that those charges were filed.

The motive that led to them being filed, was political. THat made them political charges.

If he had been convicted, he would have been a political prisoner.
Typical Sarah Palin response when you are clueless

You asked a question. I answered. That you have no follow up, is just you revealing that you didn't have a point to that question.

Sorry Skippy
But “all of them” is not an answer

Yes, he pled guilty, even though he didn't contribute to the Trump campaign.

Yes he did contribute to the campaign in what is called an "in kind contribution" used to benefit the campaign without reporting it. A felonly.

And yes entering a plea of guilty is a conviction.

Conspiracy to pay a legal NDA?

Sounds serious!

No, conspiracy to commit election finance fraud.

For which Cohen was convicted of felony campaign finance fraud.

Trump was convicted for felony falsification of business records.

And Pecker - after his attorney's found out about it and advised him - was a cooperating witness not charged.

I looked on the FEC website, I didn't see any record of that contribution you claim he made.

That's because he didn't file it as a contribution, hence the felony campaign contribution fraud conviction.

Instead lookup his (Cohen's) criminal indictment and conviction records.

But, it is.

If you want, YOU pick YOUR favorite example and explain how it would have been filed and charged even if Trump wasn't your political enemy.

How is it an "in-kind contribution"?

It was a bullshit charge added just to **** with Trump. And you know it

Trump has made it clear: The president is immune during their time as president.
Immune to commit treason by conspiring with the head of CIA and FBI and members of congress to defraud the American people and creating a coup to overthrow a president? I don’t think so, the Supreme Court ruled that acts performed within the regular duties of a president is immune. Treason and conspiracy and what Obama, Brenner, Comey and the likes of Schiff did clearly are not within the scope a a president’s regular duties.
