I'm selling a condo in New York, north of the city, and was going to go up there the third week of July to take care of some things regarding the sale.

Does anyone know how they're monitoring those arriving by car? I was going to drive up, and I can certainly stay in the condo on a blow-up mattress, but I have no desire to spend two weeks up there...
