I don't think there's anything crazy about it. Here in Nevada, we already are seeing names of conservative candidates lining up to oppose Heller. And I think they have a chance of beating out any DemocRATs running for the seat.
The Dems did not do anything to Sanders. Sanders get fewer votes than Clinton.

I disagree.
I think in this last election BOTH parties revealed themselves to be completely corrupt.
Both parties had populist internal revolutions from a rank and file sick of the piss poor job their leaders have been doing.
In both parties the leadership fought to hold on to power vs the wishes of their membership.
Even now both parties are wondering what to make of what happened.
THe really bad players want to just keep business as usual.
The GOP congress hasn't noticed that their voters are sick of waiting for results. They think they can enjoy the power that TUrmp gave them, wait him out and then go back to normal.
The Dems are moving either further left.
In both parties the people should be furious at the status quo leaders.
