These disastrous predictions are based on one thing: the US can't provide condoms to the promiscuous foreigners will then go and have illicit sex with AIDs-infected partners. They will also have illicit sex and have children out of wedlock. And we are told that ALL this could be cured if only we paid off these leftwing government programs billions and billions of dollars. I thought Melinda Gates was sending over billions of condoms, acting, according to her, in the spirit of her "devout" Catholic faith.
