This is old news. No labels is working to get their party on the ballots in just about every state, if not every state. If they can accomplish this, they are going to run a ticket. If they can't then they won't. They plan to pick a democrat for one part of the ticket and a Republican for the other part of the ticket. They do have a lot of money stashed. If they run a ticket, there will be a very high probability that Joe Manchin would be at the top of the ticket and it is my guess that Larry Hogan will be his VP. Hogan is very involved in No Labels. The last WV senate poll shows Manchin 22 points behind his most likely Republican opponent.
