No, the wealthy have an obligation to contribute to the society that they've benefitted from - and in proportion to how much they've benefitted.

They owe the government and the rest of society a fair tax. When the government decides not to collect a fair tax, it is a gift to the wealthy.

The dominant military force controls the entire distribution of wealth and ownership that society.
