Another such affair worth mentioning is that of the Czechoslovak army general Jan Sejna, who was involved in a similar corruption scandal involving agricultural products. He defected to the US in order to avoid prosecution, the highest ranking official to escape from Cold War Czechoslovakia.

You guys need to understand Mongol - 🇸🇦 🇷🇺 Muscovite mentality. They are a colonial power since the times of Ivan the Terrible and they started expanding eastward. And just because they had a revolution in 1917, it doesn't mean they got rid of their mentality. They were and still are a colonial power. The magnitude of that "power" is up to debate, but the will was and still is there.
