Unless there is more than is visible to justify the police behavior, it looks like nothing more than torture of an already injured prisoner. Ridiculous to expect respect for thugs in uniform.

A California Highway Patrolman was shot during a traffic stop in West Covina, CA.

He returned fire and the suspect took off in his SUV with several windows shot out. Other Officers spotted the suspect and pursued him at high speed on the 10 freeway, shooting at him at one point.

The suspect drove into a dirt field and was surrounded by dozens of Officers. He had been shot at some point and was slow to comply. A Police K9 was sent in and the dog took him down. He was taken into custody and transported to a hospital.
