Cop who fatally shot black man in Milwaukee turns out to be black himself. HOW RACIST OF HIM

Soros paid millions to Acorn to agitate the black communities. They did. Blacks bought into it and what we have now is domestic unrest which will create the need for martial law. Making cops targets regardless of their race is not boding well for Blacks. Cops will shoot anything that moves now. Good luck with that.

Milwaukee Has Deadliest Month in 25 Years
September 2, 2016 - There have been 24 homicides recorded in Milwaukee in the month of August -- termed the "deadliest month" in 25 years by police officials.
A woman beaten to death with a lamp in an act of domestic violence. A man fatally stabbed during an argument outside a tavern. A man shot and killed while returning from a funeral for his grandfather. Those are just three of the 24 homicides recorded in August -- what Milwaukee police have termed the "deadliest month" in 25 years. It is the highest monthly total since July 1991, when the victims of serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer were discovered, Milwaukee police said. At a press conference, Chief Edward Flynn said: "There's no denying we've had to devote significant (resources) to Sherman Park and 44th and Auer and that has obviously had an impact on our ability to be proactive." He was referring to the area where a Milwaukee police officer shot and killed an armed man, Sylville Smith, last month.

When asked about the kinds of homicides police are seeing, he said: "We've had a slight increase in domestic violence homicides this year but the biggest driver of our homicides is arguments and fights and retaliation among people with criminal records. Some of our challenge is simply consistently being able to deter armed offending through the criminal justice system. The penalties are too weak. "Our offenders believe it is less risky to get caught with a gun than to get caught without it." He said, "I don't need life sentences, what I need are sanctions that are predictable that are close to the time of offense and are meaningful."

Police stand guard while protesters rally outside a police station the day after a fatal police involved shooting.

Although Chicago has captured national headlines for having its deadliest month in nearly two decades, Milwaukee had a higher per capita rate of killings (4 per 100,000 people) in August compared to its neighbor to the south (3.3 per 100,000 people), according to Milwaukee police. "This, as our deployments continue to be reduced by the need to staff two man squads and the hundreds of officers called upon to restore and maintain order in Milwaukee's Sherman Park neighborhood," Milwaukee police said in a news release. "Despite these challenges, our officers have taken over 1,600 guns off the streets in 2016; 211 in August alone." The fatal police shooting of Smith on Aug. 13 touched off two nights of violent unrest in the Sherman Park neighborhood. Crowds have continued to gather near the shooting scene, N. 44th St. and W. Auer Ave., leading to recent arrests after police were summoned to the area by nearby residents.

City officials have said a body camera video showed Smith was armed with a gun and had turned toward the officer, Dominique Heaggan, when the shots were fired. The footage has not been released publicly to the frustration of many activists and residents and officials do not expect to release the video until prosecutors make a charging decision. The same weekend as the police shooting, Milwaukee experienced one of its deadliest periods of the year. Seven homicides occurred between 6 p.m. Aug. 12 and 4 p.m. Aug. 14. The department's news release about the homicides also referenced "two man squads." Milwaukee police have patrolled in two-officer squads since July, after a Milwaukee police officer was shot and wounded by a domestic violence suspect. That incident occurred around the same time as deadly attacks on law enforcement in Baton Rouge and Dallas.

Following Baltimore and St Louis. What makes these ghetto dwellers believe hating cops is gonna make their personal lives better?

Now, when the cops go into these black no go zones, they are surrounded by violent, taunting mobs. Being a cop in a black no go zone is a thankless job that could land you in prison and destroy your life.

They're not able to hire cops in St Louis. Nobody's willing to take the risk.
