I saw the dashcam video.

1) On the video she blew right through a stop sign.
That is known as an illegal moving violation. And the police (and your insurance company) don't like those.

2) After she ran the stop sign she took a right turn without using her turn signal. Another violation of the law.

3) After breaking those two laws right in front of a cop, she proceeded to drive over the speed limit.

4) When the cop pulled over the erratic driver, she changed lanes without using her turn signal.

And that all happened in a matter of seconds. And it's all on video. In other words....
