Shreveport police officer charged with negligent homicide in the fatal shooting of a Black man
Officer Alexander Tyler was responding to a domestic disturbance call when he fatally shot Alonzo Bagley on Feb. 3. He was taken into custody Thursday morning by Louisiana State Police.

im not sure what the cops was supposed do? The dude was hopped up on drugs and threatening to kill folks and then he runs. He was obviously danger to everyone. need to see the video.
