But I've never heard of anyone using a thermometer. If the outside is browned and the juice is clear, they're done.

Easy.

Find the hottest part of your grill. Put hot dogs there.. rotate them until they're black as coal all the way around.

Then, and ONLY then are they done perfectly.

Easy....get yourself some good quality hot dogs with natural casings. When the outside skin explodes and the juices start running out, slap it on a bun with a little deli mustard (not that yellow crap)
