Consider the lowly virus ... some say it's not even life ... yet we know it evolved after bacteria ... that's the virus' food source, so bacteria had to have come first ... a case of biological evolution moving form complex to simple ... viruses can't reproduce without a host ... and they gain reproductive advantage by using a host ...

LOL This is an absolute example of survival of the fittest. Those with the genetic change have more children, and those children survive better in that environment than those who do not have that genetic adaptation. Survival of the fittest does not mean that the meanest biggest survive best, it means that those best fitted for the present environment survive and have the most offspring.

Why does it have to be complete. Evolution is a well established fact. Evolution are adaptations that support survival long enough to reproduce. Thats called fecundity. Bacteria evolve. If we didnt evolve you wouldnt be here

You do know Genesis is an allegory that describes evolution. First Adam is created in Gods likeness. This means potentially divine. He must evolve to attain this. Develop to be more. At the end of Genesis Adam has acquired morals. Thats an evolved Adam more than what he was. A completely different human.

He created Adam with the ability to adapt and evolve change and grow when the opportunity presented itself. God created that opportunity. Its an allegory Adam is metaphor. Even The Jews who wrote this know we can evolve. They didnt have word for it. If you take it literally you miss the whole message.
