Last year Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., said "they can control the weather" after Hurricanes Milton and Helene, and on Saturday, she announced a bill that she said would prohibit weather control via the release of chemicals into the air.

These right wing conspiracy nuts are causing damage across the country.. None more than their leader in the WH.

There are very large installations in several places around the world that specialize in sending concentrated microwave beams to heat the atmosphere in a certain focused area. It may not be weather control but it certainly is weather tampering.

so

I pop my popcorn when they are on.

Could be? A guy spray paints and building and it could be? But they have no comnections? Wow…this is what propaganda looks like

Not surprised a dembot eats it up

Lol ...Well let's hope not....
Microwave towers are essential components of communication networks, facilitating the transmission of voice, data, and video signals using microwave radio waves. These towers are typically tall structures equipped with antennas designed to transmit and receive microwave signals in a line-of-sight manner. They were crucial for long-distance communication before the widespread adoption of fiber optic cables and are still used in various applications, including mobile and broadcast networks.

Here's a more detailed look:
What they do:
  • Line-of-sight transmission:
    .

Microwave signals travel in a straight line, requiring towers to be within sight of each other for effective communication.

  • Relay stations:
    .

Microwave towers often act as relay stations, transmitting signals between locations, sometimes over long distances.

  • Carrying various signals:
    .

Initially, they carried primarily telephone calls and television signals, but now they can handle a wide range of information, including voice, data, and video, in both analog and digital formats.
History and Evolution:
  • Early long-distance communication:
    .

Microwave towers were a key technology for long-distance communication in the mid-20th century, enabling the expansion of telephone and television networks.

  • Decline with fiber optics:
    .

The introduction of fiber-optic cables with higher bandwidth and capacity led to a decline in the reliance on microwave networks.

  • Still relevant in some areas:
    .

While fiber optics are dominant, microwave towers remain relevant in areas where fiber deployment is challenging, such as remote locations or where fiber installation is difficult.
Modern Applications:
  • Mobile and broadcast networks:
    .

Microwave systems are still used by mobile and broadcast providers to extend their wireless services, ensuring reliable connectivity and maximizing bandwidth.
  • Point-to-point connections:
    .

They provide secure and consistent connections for various applications, including mobile broadband.
  • Backhaul for cellular networks:
    .

Microwave systems are often used to connect cell towers to the core network, especially in areas where fiber is not available or cost-effective.

Well, Marjorie Taylor Crazy said "with chemicals".

Yes, it's possible, cloud seeding makes it rain more, China does this every so often, like at the Beijing Olympics in 2008.

However is it a problem that needs to be solved? Is this a good use of representatives' time? Probably not, there are things like reducing crime, making the economy stable, all sorts of things she could be doing to improve people's lives. Instead she's off on getting her fan base to cheer her doing pointless things.

The type of weather control that they're imagining happens on a power scale that is as of yet unachievable by men. The total energy of a hurricane from moment to moment is insanely High and completely out of reach for any type of technology existing today.

There's definitely some weather tampering going on but no one can actually push a button and start a hurricane.... It would behoove certain people to do a little reading and studying and maybe consult a couple of college educated experts before rattling off some of this crazy stuff.

Problem is, when you're trying to get the support of a bunch of low educated people who revel in having politicians who tell them that education is bad, that they're the geniuses for not being smart.....

How can the US survive that?

Back to the old school system rules...
Do your times tables, put 3 hours a night aside for homework, get rid of the goddamn grading curves.
At one point during the '60s the future of education looked pretty bright. It all got flushed down the shitter when we tried to make everyone identical to each other.

Yes I know that....

Talking about installations that are not for communication. They are specifically for transferring heat to the atmosphere.

Here you go knucklehead...
This isn't a conspiracy it's something that's decades old. I'm not saying it works only that there are certain research areas where this has been tried.

I don't think that's the problem. The problem is that in certain, right wing, states, they don't like paying for things, like education, early warning systems... etc.

I'll take your word for it I'm really not an expert in state by state finances. Certainly investing in better education is always worth the effort.
The progressive lean that has been imbued upon the education system over the past 25 years has not been an improvement to it that much I know.

California is an example....

It's been a failure under Democrat rule.

I guess Texas must be guilty then? Wow! A red state controlling the weather? Who knew?

Wrong in every facet.
