Congressional Climate Cultists Upset That SCOTUS's EPA Ruling Would Make Them Do Their Jobs

The EPA ruling is just like the RvW ruling in that the Left can't comprehend the reason for the ruling.
The Democrats are trying to use government agencies to write the laws.
The EPA can't legislate, they are under the executive branch.
Why are the Left Wingers always so dumb?

Barry Obamy says that the USSC EPA ruling is taking American "backwards".
The Dirty Dems want to use Climate Change FEEEEAAAARRRR as a tool to turn our country into a totalitarian police state.

Gutting the Environmental Protection Agency runs in the Gorsuch family.

Anne Gorsuch, the justice’s mother, was former President Ronald Reagan’s first EPA administrator, and the first female administrator in the agency’s history.

She slashed the agency’s budget by a quarter, staffed its departments with people from the regulated industries and presided over a plummeting number of cases brought against polluters. She even bragged that she’d reduced the thickness of a manual of clean water regulations from six inches to a half inch, according to the Washington Post.

Her philosophy now has an heir.

Can we stop pretending the Constitution has anything to do with the way SC rulings are made these days? Rulings are based on ideology, not law.

Quoting a George Soros rag only makes my case stronger.

West Virginia v. E.P.A., No. 20–1530 on the court docket, is also notable for the tangle of connections between the plaintiffs and the Supreme Court justices who will decide their case. The Republican plaintiffs share many of the same donors behind efforts to nominate and confirm five of the Republicans on the bench — John G. Roberts, Samuel A. Alito Jr., Neil M. Gorsuch, Brett M. Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett.

“It’s a pincer move,” said Lisa Graves, executive director of the progressive watchdog group True North Research and a former senior Justice Department official. “They are teeing up the attorneys to bring the litigation before the same judges that they handpicked.”

The pattern is repeated in other climate cases filed by the Republican attorneys general and now advancing through the lower courts: The plaintiffs are supported by the same network of conservative donors who helped former President Donald J. Trump place more than 200 federal judges, many now in position to rule on the climate cases in the coming year.

As a famous community organizer once said: elections have consequences.

No amount of whining will overcome the FACT Congress - CONTROLLED BY DEMOCRATS - has failed to do its job as the SCOTUS has RULED.
Explain to me how the Dems control Congress when the Repub's abuse of the filibuster means they can block virtually any legislation they desire to. Like legislation trying to address climate change.

Winners of elections are typically those who get a majority of the votes. Not those who lose by 3M votes.

Most of this is based on the Fiat Currency which is being abused big time.

Now those ding bat Environmental Wackos elected representatives have to go on record as wanting to destroy the economy for their stupid agenda.

They don't like that. They would rather have some worthless dumbass government bureaucrat do the dirty work for them.

Now they will have to answer to the American people for being a moron.

If they were doing their jobs, they would have a valid and exhaustive congressional hearing with experts from both sides to hear about man-made global warming theories, including the greenhouse effect, and the role of CO2.

Reproducible facts should be required here, given the magnitude of the effect of related policies. Not a consensus of people whose careers depend on it.

Where’s that Environmental Bill number Democrats are trying to pass and Republicans are filibustering?

Democrats don’t want to do their jobs. Environment, abortion. All easily rectified with passing laws.
