The Congress must pass a law allowing our border to be protected by the most liberal use of deadly force possible. Obama placed severe restrictions on the Border Patrol. Military must use Apache attack helicopters and rules of engagement should be: "If it moves it dies."
New guidelines issued to Border Patrol on use of deadly force

We don't need a law. Such action can be ordered with a phone call.

But federal judge would block it. Much harder with a "law" vs. "executive order."

He should do it anyway, as well as enforce his earlier EO. The law is in his side, and the Demcrats know it. These are merely delaying tactics.

He should order his agencies to comply, and let the judge show up in the next court up the ladder THE NEXT DAY and explain his authority to override granted constitutional authority.

AG should ask SCOTUS for emergency ruling as soon as Gorsuch is seated. Dem's delaying him because of this.

I've said it all along. Shoot a few trying to cross and the rest will get the message in one damned hurry.

Our border patrol needs the ability to shoot at these illegals.

They should also make being illegal in this country a felony.
