When I first read this, I thought it probably didn't amount to much until I read the article. He sponsored bills that made his Law firm back in Pennsylvania result in lucrative payouts from truck accidents.

His bills changed the minimum coverage for truck insurance from $750,000 to $4.5 million. Cartwright's law firm handles many truck law suits, making this a clear ethics violation.
