Compartmentalized taxation- Would Dems support a Mexican Tax for Dems only?

Conversely, would Republicans support a border / wall tax and the like?
My daughter brought this up...this would kind of solve some issues that divide us...we all know how noble Mexicrats like to be with our checkbooks...such a system would allow them to be noble with their own. Mexicrats obviously intend to foster all of Mexico at some point as their policies continue to manifest more of the filthy same...why not let them be as noble as they want to be with all their own funding?

I’m thinking Mexifornia should run a pilot program. We really need Mexicrats to put their money where their mouth is. I would think that Mexicrats would be excited to show the nation that they mean what they say.
