I mean that video in which Joe says he threatened the Ukrainians with withholding aid unless they fired the prosecutor. He mentioned neither Hunter nor Burisma in that video. It is other sources that conflict on whether Shokin was in fact investigating Burisma which automatically looks corrupt on Biden's part--Shokin says he was investigating Burisma but leftist social media shouts that he was not--and whether it was Shokin who was corrupt or the fact that he was actually fighting corruption that got him fired.
