Burning rubbish now UK’s dirtiest form of power


I was listening to Jeremy Vine on BBC Radio2. Apparently, incinerating household waste is more polluting than burning coal. I noticed the BBC story relating to the radio programme.

I did read awhile ago that the blades of out-of-date wind turbines were chewed up and burnt too.

Just goes to show that the "green" ideas to replace fossil fuels are actually worse!!!!

Just goes to show that the "green" ideas to replace fossil fuels are actually worse!!!!

And those blades are made in China, from conventional carbon materials. The very thing those windmills were designed to eliminate.
