You know the drill, deniers. Unleash the hysteria, the protestations that the world is doomed, the economy will crash, the poor people will all die ... basically, take every failed pronouncement you've made in the past and repeat them all again.

Don't rely on the courts to do anything. A month ago, the Supreme Court ruled 6-2 that the EPA does have the authority to regulate coal plant pollution that crosses state lines, and the same legal reasoning will apply to CO2 regulation.

Do look at the bright side. With the anti-Obamacare stuff and the various fake scandals all falling flat, this gives the Republicans a new way to get their base all riled up.
